Each spring what seems like every photographer in the western hemisphere descends on Washington for the Cherry Blossom Festival, the annual period of peak bloom for the hundreds (thousands?) of flowering trees sent as a gift from Japan a century ago. BeyondDC took full advantage of Washington in one of its most beautiful moments.
